Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions with MunchkiPumpkin Ltd. (trading via 'MunchkiPumpkin / Stwnshrwdan website) and associated transactions. We ask you to please read through them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.
Order confirmation
We can only accept your order once authorisation on your payment has been obtained. You will then receive an order confirmation from us to the e-mail address you supplied. Tracking information, where available will be provided upon request. Please print off and keep your payment confirmation as proof of purchase.
Pricing and payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund.
All prices are VAT free, and none is payable unless otherwise stated.
Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card Google checkout, Paypal or cleared cheque.
If you wish to order items via post and pay via cheque, please note that goods are dispatched upon clearance of your cheque.
All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. This means that your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the bank for authorisation. If you would prefer to order over the phone, please telephone or send us a message to call you back. In all instances, transactions are ultimately completed online with your bank.

Cancellation and amendments
You can cancel or change your order any time before delivery by contacting us: info@munchkipumpkin.com. If your delivery has already been scheduled you can still make changes but we hope you understand that this means we may not be able to keep to the original scheduled delivery date. This does not apply to items made to order or personalised goods.
Delivery
We are pleased to say that when you shop with MunchkiPumpkin Ltd, most products are available immediately and delivered within 7 - 10 days (but please allow up to 28 days - especially for overseas shipping). If you need an item for a specific date, such as a birthday, please contact us to check stock availability and delivery times. For UK orders of large items, these will come to you directly from the UK distributors. Tracking numbers are available from some companies, and will be sent to the email address on file at the time of dispatch via the paypal system or google checkout. Some items may be due into stock, either with us or to the distribution depots. If this is likely to take longer than 10 days from your order date, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel if you so wish.
Very occasionally, a limited item shown as 'in stock' may be selling so fast that it's unavailable when we process your order. If this happens we will let you know as soon as we do. At particularly busy times, such as Christmas, we will endeavour to inform and refund you within 48 hrs of your order.
For most items, deliveries are made by Royal Mail weekdays and Saturdays, Yodel and DHL on weekdays. A signature is usually required. For these deliveries it is not possible to guarantee a date or time, but please let us know when you place your order if you have any special preferences, for instance, if you need items by a specific date, you're going to be away, you want to specify an alternative delivery address such as a work address. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays on the part of distributors or courier firms if goods are delayed or in very rare circumstances fail to arrive. This particularly applies if items go missing when couriers have been instructed to deliver them to alternative addresses. In cases of severe weather or industrial action, please bear with us whilst we do our utmost to bring you your goods as soon as we possibly can. Where a delivery service is quoted, such as 48hr courier or 24hr courier service, please be aware that this timescale relates to the time the delivery service will take to transport your goods. As many items are sent out from distribution centers, please allow sufficient time from the placing of your order to allow for processing. As previously stated, we will always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible,and help you sort things out if there should be a problem. If you need an item quickly - please contact us for details of the most appropriate shipping method. We can even arrange special 24hr courier delivery in some cases.

Returns and refunds
We will always refund the full amount or exchange a product, provided these guidelines have been followed:
For obvious reasons we ask that all goods are returned in pristine condition, unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, if goods are returned without the labels or wrapping, we reserve the right to deduct 10% of the value from your refund.
Please ensure you return any unwanted goods within 14 days.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange on special orders and personalised items unless faulty.
Your statutory rights will not be affected. You can post any return item via Royal Mail or Parcelforce to: Munchkipumpkin Ltd. Tanycoed, Groeslon, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL54 7EG. Please ensure full postage is paid or we reserve the right to deduct this from your refund. Please obtain 'Royal Mail Signed For' proof of postage and delivery or send by other trackable method, as we cannot otherwise refund in the event of items being posted but not received.
In all cases, refunds will only be processed once the items have been received. A refund of the original delivery charge will only be given if the product is damaged, faulty or not as described. Where a product is damaged, faulty or not as described, we will refund your original delivery charge. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your returned goods for the funds to be re-credited to your payment card.
Guarantees
All non-consumeable items are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing and construction defects, on condition that each item is used appropriately and cared for in accordance with the advice contained on the product label.
Where appropriate we will either arrange to repair the item free of charge during this period or replace it if necessary. Where a replacement is not available we will offer you an appropriate alternative. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and colours are accurate. Please note that goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic processes and variations in computer colour settings.
Jurisdiction
The products and services offered on the Munchkipumpkin Ltd. website are sold for use within the United Kingdom. Use of this website shall be governed by the UK law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Safety & Security
We treat your personal information with the utmost respect and, it goes without saying, the safety of your credit card details is paramount to us. As soon as you visit the checkout section, in other words before you enter any personal or payment details, your web browser will go into 'secure mode' via the Paypal or Google website. This means that all the information you type in will be encrypted within their Secure Server that processes your payment details. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use the pay by card service. If you input card details rather than paying via your paypal account, you will be billed to your card, NOT your paypal account, and vice-versa. All items sold conform to the required European Safety Standards and full details are available from the respective manufacturers.

We adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. If you have requested any services from us we will keep your personal data and we may use your name and contact details to inform you of other products and services that we offer. Rest assured, we will never pass on your details to another company or third party, other than to arrange delivery of goods.
From time to time, we may use comments and feedback you provide for our own marketing purposes, but again, your full identity is never disclosed.
